We’re excited to share another strong planning outcome at East Road, Seaford VIC, where we secured a permit for four dwellings alongside a four lot subdivision.

This project highlights what can be achieved through a clear planning strategy, strong consultant collaboration and a well resolved design outcome. It’s about unlocking site potential while delivering a high quality and compliant development.

šŸ˜ļø What’s Been Approved

The proposal delivers four well designed dwellings within the General Residential Zone, each offering functional layouts, strong internal amenity and generous private open space. The subdivision creates four individual lots, providing flexibility and long term value for the client.

The development achieves a balanced outcome with compliant site coverage, permeability and landscaping, ensuring it integrates well within the surrounding neighbourhood.

šŸ“ Design Evolution Through Amendment

We also secured a Section 57 Amendment to refine Unit 1 and elevate the architectural response.

The updated design introduces a more contemporary double storey presentation with sheer wall elements that strengthen the built form and streetscape presence. The first floor has been reconfigured to include three bedrooms, a retreat, study and improved amenity, while the ground floor, access and servicing remain unchanged. Units 2 to 4 and the subdivision layout continue as approved.
