🤝 Seven Townhouses, One Collaborative Planning Outcome

A well-planned residential development is all about making the most of a site while creating homes that are functional, comfortable and thoughtfully designed.

At Landscape Boulevard, Hampton Park, we worked on a substantial residential proposal for seven (7) contemporary double-storey townhouses in the City of Casey.

Making the most of its prominent corner location, the development offers a mix of three and four-bedroom homes, with carefully considered layouts, generous private open spaces and integrated landscaping.

One of the standout features is the improved vehicle access arrangement, providing a more efficient layout across the site while maintaining a practical and well-connected development.

  • Integrated landscaping and canopy tree planting

At Canter Town Planning, we managed the project from start to finish, including the town planning report, overall project management and consultant coordination.

Bringing together the various planning and technical requirements, we worked closely with the project team to develop a coordinated proposal that makes the most of the site’s development potential.
