This project adds community value, supports health and wellbeing, and breathes new life into an underutilized tenancy in the Mount Waverley Village Activity Centre. ✅

With only 3 car spaces to work with, this wasn’t your average permit. We needed to make a strong case to Council that the use could work within a busy activity centre setting.
