The updated architectural response enhances access, clearly quantifies site coverage and permeability, and strengthens the streetscape presentation to deliver a confident and well-resolved planning outcome.
With over 53% site permeability, carefully articulated built form, and integrated landscaping, the development maintains the garden-suburban character while optimizing functionality and livability for both dwellings.
