We’re pleased to share another successful residential planning outcome, with Knox City Council approving a four (4) dwelling development and four (4) lot subdivision at Josephine Close, Rowville.
Located on a substantial corner site within the Neighborhood Residential Zone, the proposal delivers four family homes while responding to neighborhood character, landscaping, permeability, access, and subdivision objectives under the Knox Planning Scheme.
A key challenge was ensuring full compliance with an existing restrictive covenant requiring brick construction and minimum dwelling floor areas. These requirements were successfully incorporated into the design without compromising functionality, amenity, or site efficiency.
