We’re pleased to share another successful outcome in Croydon, with Maroondah City Council approving a Section 72 Amendment for a unit in Allendale Road, clearing the way for our client to build their dream home.
As projects evolve, amendments are often needed to better reflect a client’s vision while still meeting planning requirements. This amendment updated the endorsed plans for Dwelling 1, with a strong focus on maintaining Maroondah’s green, leafy character.
A refined planning approach delivered improved landscaping, canopy tree planting and vegetation protection, giving Council confidence in the revised design.
The Amended Permit, issued on 9 June 2026, now allows our client to move forward with confidence.
