Instead of building from scratch, this project makes clever use of an existing warehouse, turning it into a training hub that will deliver practical, industry-ready courses such as:

✔️ Forklift Licensing
✔️ Traffic Control
✔️ First Aid & CPR
✔️ Elevated Work Platform (EWP) operation
No new works were required. This is a smart change of use that brings valuable training opportunities right into the heart of the Southeast Business Park. 🚦
With 8 on-site car spaces, the center is set up for smooth operations, minimal impact and maximum benefit to the local workforce.
