We’re thrilled to announce another successful outcome at Endeavour Way, Sunshine West, where we’ve secured a retrospective permit amendment allowing the lawful storage of aerosol paint (dangerous goods).
This approval ensures full compliance for our client’s warehouse and distribution operations, aligning the business with Council and WorkSafe standards for the safe handling and storage of industrial materials.
💡 What Was Involved?
This wasn’t a new development, but it was a crucial compliance fix. The site had been operating as a small-scale warehouse for aerosol paint products, and a historic permit condition restricted the storage of “dangerous goods.”
To keep operations running legally and safely, we lodged a Section 72 Amendment to vary this condition and authorise the storage of aerosol paint on-site, ensuring the business could continue with confidence.
