At 46 Graingers Road, West Footscray, we’ve recently assisted Elevate & Restore in achieving planning approval for a premium indoor recreation and wellness facility bringing together strength training, recovery and Pilates within one purpose-designed environment.
The approved development provides a contemporary two-level wellness facility, with a gym and strength training area and dedicated recovery facilities on the ground floor, and a Pilates studio upstairs.
