We’re excited to share another successful residential planning outcome, with approval granted for three (3) contemporary double-storey dwellings at Thornbury Lane, Highton.
Set within an established residential neighbourhood, the 664sqm site provided an opportunity for considered medium-density infill development that responds to Highton’s existing character while delivering a contemporary architectural outcome.
The design carefully balances built form, residential amenity, landscaping and streetscape presentation. Articulated façades, recessed upper levels and a considered material palette help reduce visual bulk while giving each dwelling a distinct architectural identity.
