Canter Town Planning prepared the comprehensive Town Planning Report, addressing the relevant Green Wedge planning considerations and providing the planning justification for the proposed dwelling and shed.
We also managed the project and coordinated the consultant team, bringing together the planning, architectural, land capability, wastewater, arboricultural and surveying inputs into one clear submission.
